Mayo

This dish not only eliminates your appetite but the fresh flavours are favourite among kids, young and old alike. You can make it for two or for 10 and is equally delicious served hot, cold or at room temperature. You can also make this dish on celebrations like Birthdays’, Anniversaries’ or any other special events. 

You can also make Mexican Style Salads using Maxican ingredients like corn, boiled beans and nacho chips. You can buy nacho chips or prepare your own Indian style potato chips. Chiles are a must ingredient in most of the Maxican dishes. The other ingredients include two table spoon olive oil or any other natural cooking oil, two cloves of garlic  minced, dry hot pepper (seeded and minced), 4 tablespoon crumbled cheese for garnishing, two table spoon chopped cilantro, two lemons for juices, two table spoon Mayonnaise and add salt to taste. In a pan, heat oil on medium flame until shimmering. Add the corn and cook on light flame, stirring occasionally, until the corn is toasted and golden brown, it will take around 15 to 20 minutes.
